This bar was built in 1993 and is rumored to be haunted. People have noticed weird occurences such as a black umbrella that swung deliberately on a hook, all by iteself. A psychic reported that the spirit is of a woman who enjoys playing pranks, especially tot hose who seem to be frightened of her.
