I went and stayed with my brother and his family in newnan ga in 2008. It was a beautiful place. Also if ur familiar with the area there were also small houses all around the castle where the past workers had lived as well. My understanding is that it was a plantation house. At that time it was a museum and they were barbqueing and giving free tours. The third floor was being renovated so we couldn't go in there. The house is beautiful. There was a sunroom and a war room they called it that i will never forget. The war room was in memory of people from the war. I couldnt even walk into this room for more than 2 seconds because u can feel the heaviness and it scared me. The sunroom....lord that part was the one i will never forget. I went in while they were telling us about it and i literally had to run out. The hair on my body stood up. I had to get the hell out of there. I felt like if i stayed something would attach to me. Im very sensitive to things. I've never seen anything but i hear things and sense things alot. This place is very haunted and when u walk in you can feel the atmosphere change.

My husband and I spent our wedding night at Bonnie Castle, knew nothing about its paranormal past. We didn't see or hear anything unusual. But it had a warm, welcoming vibe to it. Loved the gorgeous claw foot bathtub!
