The plantation has been featured on an episode of TV's Ghost Hunters and witnesses have reported seeing a Civil War soldier. There have also been rumors of a female ghost in residence at the antebellum-style home, the ghost of Cecilia, the former daughter of a former owner. Cecilia's bedroom is reported to be the hot spot for eerie occurences including disembodied footsteps and apparations.
