If you've been searching for a FUN and SPOOKY night out this year, you've FOUND your place! We are the ONLY attraction in GA offering THREE HAUNTED EXPERIENCES for ONE PRICE. Your ticket includes our Haunted walking Trail, Haunted Hayride, and our all outdoor Blacklight Haunt. This is the perfect spooky night out with family and friends this Fall. There’s nothing quite like an outdoor Haunted Attraction on a chilly night in October, so come see what separates us from the rest. Here's a few of the things we think set us apart, and the reason we are quickly becoming a destination Haunt in GA. The secret is getting out!
ACTOR DRIVEN- we have over 65 MONSTERS in our woods, waiting to give you a fright. If you are tired of animatronics that aren’t scary, you will love the old school feel of our Haunt.
NO LINES to wait in once you have your ticket. We have perfected the wait! Once you have your ticket in hand with your group number you are free to roam our midway while you wait. Grab a yummy Fall snack from the concession stand, roast a smore by one of our fire pits, or even catch a little bit of an outdoor scary movie while ya wait.
FUN!- We offer the perfect balance of FEAR and FUN! We want you to enjoy your entire experience with us, from the easy parking, the waiting, and of course all the way through the HAUNT. We always strive to send smaller groups through the Trail with space between so you get the best experience possible. (Earlier in the Season is best for this)
Friday night tickets are always discounted, ranging from regular season $30 to peak season $32. Saturday night tickets range from regular season $32 to peak season $35. Fast Pass tickets are also available while they last and take you straight to our Trail entrance with no waiting! Fast Pass Tickets are timed entry and only available online.

--Be sure to join us for our terrifying BLACKOUT NIGHT! At the end of each season we turn the lights off for a night of darkness! Blackout Night, also known as GLOWSTICK NIGHT, will be on Saturday Nov 1 in 2025. This night is not recommended for children.

Special Events
Haunted Drive Through Trails-
We host unique drive through trails that give YOU the chance to drive your own vehicle through the mysterious grounds of Haunted Hills Farm. This is a family event that's good for all ages, although expect to see everything you would see in any Haunted Attraction such as scary actors, darkness, loud noises, startles, fog, strobe lights and more. Load up that 4x4 and come get some screams and laughs with us this Spring and Summer!
All vehicles must have 4wd to participate. There are two water crossings, and you should expect mud if its rained recent to the event date. We always have at least one event for ALL 4wd vehicles including SxS’s, and we have our exclusive JEEPFEST event every Labor Day weekend for JEEPS ONLY. Tickets are sold per vehicle, and sell out fast online. We also have Instant Access tickets available online for anyone that wants to skip the lineup process. All drive through trail tickets are available online and are timed arrival tickets. Visit our website to purchase.

You assume ALL RISKS to your vehicle when attending a Drive Through Event. All drivers must be 18 or older and have a valid drivers license. Pick your driver wisely. ANY vehicle driving in an unsafe manner will immediately be removed from the trail without a refund.
*No "Monster" type trucks, all vehicles must be less than 9ft tall, and less than 8ft wide to clear the path. Lower body vehicles will drag bottom in some areas, as this is an offroad event, use your own judgement.

Whew! We just went to their opening night and our whole group was blown away! And this was just their opening night! Great job! We like to hit as many haunts as we can each yr and have been to so many- THIS IS TOP 3 for us. We will be back!

This place is a true hidden gem. We took a chance and drove 1.5 hours from Athens to visit. We were AMAZED. Perfect fun atmosphere. Fog looms everywhere, actors entering from the minute you walk in their waiting area- midway type setup. Firepits, concessions. The actual trail and hayride are amazing as well. It doesn’t get boring because you switch it up from trail, hayride, trail again. Actors are great. JUST GO! You won’t regret it

We went to their haunted drive through trail last summer and it was so much fun! Nothing else like that around here. Very organized and even waiting to enter the gate was fun. I like that its priced per vehicle so everyone can split the cost of the ticket. We will be back during their regular season to try the walking trail and hayride in 2025.

We drove 2 hours to visit and it did not disappoint! We had such a fun night! We appreciated the setup, organization, and the fact they have REAL actors and not just fake animatronics. It’s scary but fun at the same time. We will be back! 10/10!

We love it here! This has become a yearly tradition for us. This place is so different from other attractions, it’s so organized with a cool setup so you aren’t waiting in a line the whole time. Everyone is so nice and helpful, parking is organized with attendants and free, the wait is actually fun, and the haunt gets better each yr. They add new stuff every yr it seems. It’s out in the country which makes it even better! Give them a try. You will have fun!

i love love love going to haunted hills farm!! it’s one of the few haunts that actually terrify me! everything is super organized and even while waiting, there’s stuff to do! i love that there’s movies to watch and fire pits to sit around!
