Rhodes Hall was built by founder of Rhodes Furniture Amos Rhodes in 1904 and it is said to be haunted by Mrs. Rhodes, who passed away inside the home. Ghosts of children have also been seen and heard laughing. The scariest ghost here is said to be the Shadow Man, who is rumored to reside in the basement apartment.
