Hot Dog Heaven

This spirit is definitely a fan of wine and good food! Since opening the doors of Rootstock and Vine at 8558 Main St, we have experienced many occasions in which we feel the presence of our silly resident ghost.
When the energy is high in the later evenings and there area strong presence of good vibes (at the wine dinner for instance) we experience the effects of the lights dimming and brightening. We constantly hear the squeak of the front door only to look over and see the door is closed and no sign of anyone.

I ALMOST DIED!!!!!! I was sitting at the table and suddenly a knife flew across the room and stabbed my ear!!!! Just two inches away from my face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to sue the place but then I realized I can't sue ghosts because they are already dead!!! But on the other side I had 12 hotdogs so I could've been hallucinating!

We dined in today at Hot Dog Heaven. We sat at the second booth from the door on the left. I had a fork and knife on the table to use to eat my chili Cheese fries. I went to pass napkins out to my kids sitting across from me and as I was doing this my knife slid around 4 to 5 inches on the table and dropped to the floor below. My arm never touched it. My kids and I saw it happen. It was just enough scare for the hair on our arms to stand up and a cold chill to go across our legs. Very cool place! We can't wait to go back and see what other ghostly experiences might happen!
