Kehoe House

This gorgeous Queen-Anne-style mansion was built for William Kehoe in 1892 and is now a Bed and Breakfast.
The home is rumored to have a couple of spirits. Ghosts of children have been seen around the grounds as well as that of the Lady in Gray who reportedly haunts room 203. The lady ghost is said to be sweet and people who have stayed in that room have said their hands have been gently stroked or their cheeks kissed. She not only roams her favorite room, but the grounds of the mansion as well.
Also rumored to haunt the location is William Kehoe himself, particularly his old study room. The hauntings are said to be quite friendly and curious, rather than horrific.

Ive been working at the Kehoe House for the past 3 years, 2 of which has been during the night shift. Having grown up in a haunted house, this place definitely gives me a warm, homely feeling. Every one that decided to stick around after death are very friendly and love to keep me company. It is always fun to have guests report something and be able to tell them specifically who visited them during their stay. Ive studied the family history extensively and know exactly who all of our 7 spirits are and even their personalities. You can capture orbs, record voices, hear knocks, notice the armoir doors opening and closing, and if you bring an emf detector or rem pod, be prepared for some spikes.

When me and my wife arrived we were told we were the only guests and to feel free to roam the place and check it out. Once we got to the top floor we heard a woman sobbing uncontrollably. I told the lady at the front desk. She just smiles and said yeah.
